In 1941 and 1942 there were built 5 railcars of series ABDeh 2/4. In the middle of the 70th it was renewed and the first class part was changed into second class.

The former Schöllenenbahn is the steepest part of the FO, it has a gradient of 17.9 %. Here the train leaves the tunnel at the wild romantic gorge "Urner Loch".
